Our triage team is staffed with otolaryngology trained RNs to assist patients with medical, surgical or prescription concerns.  Our office has an EMR to provide our staff with fast access to your medical records.  In addition, we have portal access to Concord Hospital and Dartmouth Hitchcock and can quickly obtain other hospital medical records or test results.  Our nurses are available from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.  Most calls are handled that day, but please allow 24-48 hours for routine calls or prescription refills.

Due to physician staffing issues, effective 3/15/2019 the practice will be limited to office-based ear, nose & throat services only including minor office procedures.  We are recruiting for new physicians and will not be available to provide surgical or emergency room services at Concord Hospital but plan to resume full office, surgical and hospital services as soon as possible. Patients should call our main number 603-224-2353 to reach our physicians, nurses or office staff during normal business hours for office-based services.
